JOB DESCRIPTION – RESERVATION EXECUTIVEPosition Overview

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to manage hotel and travel reservations, OTA bookings, direct bookings, and guest enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, OTA platforms, and reservation systems, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel room reservations through direct enquiries, calls, emails, website bookings, and online channels.
- Manage reservations received through major OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Cleartrip, EaseMyTrip, Airbnb, and other applicable platforms.
- Monitor and update room availability, rates, inventory, restrictions, and stop-sell dates across OTA channels.
- Process recent bookings, modifications, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, early check-ins, late check-outs, and amendments accurately.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth reservation handling.




- Manage direct hotel reservations and ensure accurate guest details, room category, meal plan, rate, payment status, and booking source are recorded.
- Handle guest and travel-agent enquiries regarding room availability, tariffs, packages, inclusions, policies, and booking conditions.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all booking information is updated in the PMS / hotel reservation system.
- Coordinate with OTA support teams regarding booking discrepancies, payment issues, cancellations, overbooking, rate/inventory mismatches, and guest complaints.
- Monitor daily OTA extranet dashboards and ensure all bookings and inventory changes are properly reflected.
- Prepare and maintain daily reservation reports, including arrivals, departures, cancellations, modifications, no-shows, occupancy, and booking source reports.
