As our operations grow, we are seeking an Operations Executive to support our team in handling day to day inquiries and manage end to end bookings..

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding hotels and other travel-related services via email and phone.
- Liaise with hotels and vendors to gather the best possible quotes, availability, and service details.
- Coordinate all elements of the booking process — from initial inquiry to final confirmation — ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming travel itineraries to ensure timely check-ins/check-outs and reconfirmations with clients and service providers.
- Maintain and update records of all bookings and client communications in an organized manner.
- Address any changes, cancellations, or special client requests with prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.





Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 0 to 3 years of experience,
- Candidates with experience of working with clients / vendors in Europe or USA will preferred.
- Proficient in email communication and MS Office, especially MS Excel (basic formulas and costing).
- Organized, soft-spoken, and customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability manage multiple tasks efficiently.

After probation: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off and rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
