Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and dispatch.
- Oversee store management activities such as stock control, ordering, and receiving goods.
- Ensure productive supply chain operations by coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery of products.
- Monitor ecommerce operations to ensure seamless execution of online orders and returns processing.
- Implement effective warehouse management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or related field (Retail/FMCG).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce sales principles, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics).
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Operations planning, execution, monitoring & controlling processes.
