About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR Executive
to join our team in Baner, Pune. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while taking ownership of
recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, documentation, and people processes
.

You will work closely with management and different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and help build a strong, skilled, and people-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment

- Understand hiring requirements from different teams and manage the recruitment pipeline.
