Managing, monitoring and converting leads received through Justdial and IndiaMART into genuine business opportunities and confirmed orders, ensure every enquiry is attended to promptly, systematically followed up, properly recorded and converted wherever commercially feasible.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all leads received through Justdial and IndiaMART.
- Ensure every enquiry is attended to promptly.
- Contact customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Purchase, and Operations teams for order processing.
- Identify genuine and high-potential leads and focus on conversion.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.




- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales.
- Experience with Justdial and IndiaMART leads preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM/lead management tools.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
