Core Responsibilities
- Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
— sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Work closely with




Client HR and Hiring Managers
to understand requirements and deliver talent on time
- Coordinate
interviews, feedback, evaluation processes, and offer approvals
- Maintain recruitment progress on
ATS, dashboards, and weekly/monthly hiring reports
- Participate in
recruitment drives, hiring events, and talent engagement initiatives
- Ensure a
positive candidate experience
and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
- Achieve
closure targets
within defined SLAs and timelines
