Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting business data through Excel and MIS reports. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and timely reporting to support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

· Maintain production, inventory, dispatch, and attendance data.

· Collect data from different departments and ensure accuracy.

· Generate reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).

· Update dashboards and management reports.

· Coordinate with Production, Accounts, HR, Stores, and Dispatch departments for data collection.

· Identify discrepancies in reports and coordinate for corrections.

· Maintain proper records and documentation.

· Submit reports within the prescribed timelines.

· Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Skills

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).

· Knowledge of Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, FILTER, Charts,



and Data Validation.

· Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Office.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.

Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent preferred).

Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, or Reporting.

· Experience in a Manufacturing or Garment Industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
