Role Description
The Associate Consultant is a full-time role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement,
combining in office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the associate will support in delivering CX and strategy engagements, including conducting market and customer research, analysing data, and preparing client-ready presentations and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and synthesising insights, contributing to CX frameworks (such as journey mapping and VOC programs), and assisting in the design and documentation of business and digital transformation initiatives.
The Associate Consultant will interact with client stakeholders, help coordinate project activities and timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves continuous learning about CX maturity models, industry trends, and best practices to contribute fresh perspectives to client solutions.
