*1. ROLE PURPOSE*

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented HR professional who can
take complete ownership of the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
function at FineTools Automation.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, follow-up and successful joining.

The role requires a proactive HR qualified who can independently drive recruitment and ensure that
approved manpower requirements are closed within the required timeline
.

*2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

A. Manpower Planning & Recruitment





Understand manpower requirements from Department Heads and Management.

Prepare and maintain a recruitment plan for all approved vacancies.

Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Recruit for positions including:
- CNC Programmers
- CNC / VMC Operators
- Design Engineers
- Production Engineers & Staff
- Quality Engineers & Inspectors
- Assembly Technicians
- Electrical / Automation Staff
- Office & Support Staff
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including:
- Naukri and other job portals
- LinkedIn
- Recruitment consultants
- Employee referrals
- ITI / Diploma colleges
- Direct sourcing
- Other relevant recruitment channels
- Build and continuously maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.

B. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
