Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM qualified to manage customer payments, documentation, and compliance for our premium residential and commercial projects in Goa.

*This role is NOT for freshers or generic call-centre/customer support profiles.*

*Only candidates with real estate CRM, collections,



and compliance exposure should apply.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communication (Email / WhatsApp / Calls)
- Raise demand letters & track payment schedules
- Manage ATS registrations
- Ensure GST & RERA compliance
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales & Legal teams
- Follow up for collections and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate client & payment records
- Prepare MIS reports for management

Who Should Apply?
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Success
- Hands-on with ATS, demand raising, collections
- Knowledge of RERA & GST processes
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Comfortable with follow-ups and documentation
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-focused

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
