About the Opportunity

We're looking for Commis I, Commis II, and Commis III chefs who bring energy, curiosity, discipline, and a genuine desire to grow.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for chefs who are early in their careers and want to learn beyond simply executing the same set of dishes every day.

As part of the pre-opening team,



you'll get the chance to experience the process of building a kitchen from the ground up — from preparation and trials to menu execution, kitchen systems, opening operations, and maintaining standards once service begins.

You'll work closely with experienced chefs, learn different aspects of contemporary café cuisine, and have the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility as you grow.
