A fast-growing AI startup building an AI-native platform to help enterprises modernise legacy customer service and conversational systems. The company combines
LLMs, agentic AI, knowledge graphs, and cloud-native technologies
to transform complex enterprise workflows.

We’re looking for a hands-on
Tech Lead – AI Platform Engineering
to work closely with the CTO and lead the architecture and development of an AI-native platform.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable
Python backend systems, APIs, and microservices
.
- Build AI workflows and agentic systems using
LangChain and LangGraph
.
- Work with
PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Redis, FastAPI, and cloud-native services
.
- Drive architecture, system design, performance, reliability, and engineering best practices.




- Write production-quality code and conduct architecture/code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and own features from design through production.
- Integrate
LLMs, knowledge graphs, enterprise APIs, and AI orchestration
into production systems.

Must Have
- 6–10 years of robust backend engineering experience.
- Excellent
Python
and FastAPI experience.
- Strong knowledge of
AsyncIO, microservices, PostgreSQL, and Redis
.
- Hands-on experience with
LangChain + LangGraph
.
- Production experience integrating
LLMs and agentic AI workflows
.
- Strong system design and architectural skills.
- Startup/product-company experience preferred.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role — not a people-management position.
