Overdue Calling Intern
Purpose: To strengthen the Overdue Collection process by handling routine payment reminder calls and follow-ups, allowing the Recovery Team to focus on critical recovery cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call buyers for overdue payment follow-ups.
- Record payment commitments and update remarks.
- Share daily follow-up status with the Recovery Team.
- Escalate disputed or high-risk cases.
Expected Advantages:
- Improved payment follow-up.
- Faster collections and reduced overdue ageing.
- Increased productivity of the Recovery Team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
