Restaurant Captain / Floor Supervisor
- Lead the Floor: Manage smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations.
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, manage tables, and ensure warm, attentive service.
- Order & POS: Take accurate orders, suggest specials/upsells, and operate the POS confidently.
- Team Leadership: Assign sections, guide service staff, and support the team during rush hours.
- Kitchen Coordination: Act as the key link between the kitchen and service team for timely order execution.
- Quality & Cleanliness: Maintain table presentation, service standards, and floor cleanliness.
- Guest Problem Solving: Handle complaints professionally and turn issues into positive experiences.
- Billing Control: Verify bills, manage cash/card payments, and support shift closing.
- Ideal Candidate: 1–2 years’ experience as Captain/Senior Waiter/Supervisor with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Work Flexibility: Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
