Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer at our Bengaluru location. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.



Other tasks include monitoring systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining software and hardware infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical initiatives will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support
- Strong understanding of hardware and software maintenance
- Experience with IT systems, network management, and configuration
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects while meeting deadlines
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus
