- Knowledge of interior and civil finishing works.
- Experience in gypsum partition, false ceiling, acoustic ceiling, plastering, painting, flooring, and related works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings.
- Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation and material planning.
- Knowledge of measurements, billing and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
- Understanding of site levels, line & alignment, dimensions and quality standards.
- Ability to identify and close site snags.
- Supervise daily site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other vendors.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.




- Ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.
- Plan work schedules and achieve project timelines.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate snag closure.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Interior fit outs Civil Engineer: 1 year (Required)

Language:
- English, Telugu and Hindi (Preferred)
