We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Executive
to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, documentation, and HR administration. Candidates with experience in the
Real Estate or Construction industry
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Support employee engagement activities and statutory documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
- 0–2 years of HR experience
.
- Freshers with relevant HR qualifications may also be considered.
- Real Estate / Construction industry experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Positive coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work
6 days a week
