Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through DSA channels.
- Build robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in the area of Loans Against Property (LAP).
- Strong knowledge of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
