Designation: Associate Manager Banca

Location: Pune

CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA

Experience: 1+ Years

Age: Up to 35 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive General Insurance business through the Banca Channel.
2. Develop and maintain solid relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Branch Staff.
3. Generate leads and convert business through bank customers.
4. Drive sales of Motor Insurance and Health Insurance products.
5. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
6. Conduct regular bank branch visits and ensure effective branch engagement.
7.



Conduct product awareness and sales training for bank staff.

Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Minimum 1+ year of experience in General Insurance is mandatory.
3. Candidates with Banca Channel / Bancassurance experience will be preferred.
4. Experience in selling Motor and Health Insurance products preferred.
5. Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
