Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-driven Inside Sales Intern to engage prospective investors through targeted outbound calls. You will assist clients, resolve transaction drop-offs, and drive application completions across prioritized investor cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

- Cohort Calling & Conversions: Conduct outbound calls to drive conversions across key cohortsfocusing on Fixed Deposits, IPOs, and KYC onboarding.
- Investor Support: Address customer queries, transparent technical or payment roadblocks, and guide clients to complete their transactions.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs to track call volumes, followups, and conversion metrics. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi.

Key Skills: Strong communication, a sales-oriented mindset, persistent follow-up ability, and basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
