Therapy Council is an Indian professional education platform offering certification programmes for working professionals, psychology students, educators, and HR professionals building on their qualifications. Our courses are designed and taught by qualified clinical psychology practitioners and run in both self-paced and live cohort formats. We add new programmes regularly.

The role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. The role covers enquiry handling, follow-up, and enrolment support, working closely with the sales and content teams.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries over call, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain programme structure, fees, duration, certification, and payment options in English and Hindi
- Maintain lead records and call outcomes in our CRM or tracking sheet
- Follow up consistently with prospects across the decision cycle
- Support live webinars and information sessions, including reminders and follow-up
- Coordinate with the content team to stay accurate on programme details
- Work towards monthly enrolment targets and share prospect feedback with the team
- Who we are looking for
- Fluent in Hindi and English, comfortable switching between the two on calls




- Confident on the phone and steady with follow-up
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Office. CRM training is provided.
- Organised, self-directed, able to manage a lead pipeline without daily supervision
- Interest in mental health, counselling, or education

Preferred: pursuing or completed a degree in psychology / business / marketing / education or a related field. Prior exposure to edtech sales / admissions / tele-calling / customer-facing work is an advantage.

Logistics

Remote, open to candidates across India. Flexible hours, no fixed shift. You set your own schedule as long as leads are responded to promptly and you are available for scheduled webinars and team check-ins. Own laptop and stable internet required.
