We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Home Appliances to assist customers in selecting the right home appliances and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their appliance requirements.

- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.

- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.

- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.

- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability.

- Process billing and maintain sales records.

- Stay updated on new products, offers, and market trends.

- Deliver excellent after-sales support and customer service.

Requirements





- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–2 years of experience in retail or appliance sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

- Customer-focused with a target-driven attitude.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
