Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 5+ years in Solar / Renewable Energy Sales

About The Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function for our solar energy business in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the solar sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for solar products and solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, pipeline, and revenue.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with technical, operations,



and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, solutions, and the renewable energy market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with solid local market knowledge in Lucknow/Uttar Pradesh will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and suitability. Joining: Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
