Post: Sales Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Travel: Kingdom-wide

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales team management, business development, and project sales. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving company targets, managing the sales team, and overseeing the complete sales cycle from RFQ to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets and business objectives.
2. Develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive market expansion across Saudi Arabia.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry/RFQ through client meetings, presentations, negotiations, order confirmation, and project completion.
4. Monitor and ensure timely follow-up and closure of all sales enquiries through Odoo ERP, maintaining accurate sales-call and enquiry data.
5. Oversee and continuously improve company marketing tools and digital marketing activities.
6. Manage vendor registrations and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
7. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
8. Train, mentor, and develop the sales team,



ensuring they remain skilled, motivated, and performance-oriented.
9. Identify new sales opportunities, develop innovative sales strategies, and keep the company updated on market trends and competitor activity.
10. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and team productivity, providing regular updates to management.
11. Travel anywhere within the Kingdom as required for business development and client engagements.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales management experience, including proven experience in handling and developing sales teams.
- Strong business development, client management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Saudi or Indian four-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Saudi-returned candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM/ERP systems, and digital marketing.
- Willingness and ability to operate from Jeddah and travel extensively across the Kingdom.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
