We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Head to build and lead our sales operations. Key Responsibilities

Team Building

- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
- Build and manage the sales team using a company-provided hiring budget.
- Create a performance-driven and client-centric sales culture.

Lead Generation

- Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and team-led initiatives.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Client Acquisition

- Drive market penetration and acquire Retail, HNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Promote and distribute Bonds, NCDs, and Government Securities.

Product & Client Advisory
- Educate clients on fixed-income products, including their safety, yields, and investment benefits.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable fixed-income investment opportunities.

Performance Management





- Take ownership of regional business performance with a strong focus on:
- Net Revenue Generated
- Active Client Growth
- Team productivity and revenue contribution

Who We Are Looking For

Experience

5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related financial products, with demonstrated experience in managing or building a sales team.

Product Knowledge

Strong understanding of the Indian debt market, bonds, fixed deposits, NCDs, and Government Securities.

Skills

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-convincing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi

Network

Must be based in Nagpur with a strong local network of potential clients and sales professionals to facilitate team building and client acquisition.
