We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Field Representative to promote and sell our Retail Fashion Product Application to fashion retailers across Mumbai's western suburbs. The representative will be provided with a verified database of potential retail customers and will be responsible for systematically visiting, demonstrating the application, onboarding new customers, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The role requires excellent communication skills, solid relationship-building abilities, disciplined territory management, and the drive to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Route Management

- Cover the assigned territory.
- Work exclusively from the company-provided database of prospective retailers.
- Plan daily routes to maximize customer meetings and productivity.
- Ensure 100% coverage of assigned prospects within the defined sales cycle.
- Maintain updated visit status for every assigned retailer.

Sales & Business Development

- Visit fashion retailers, boutiques, apparel stores, ethnic wear stores, footwear stores, and lifestyle retailers.
- Identify business opportunities and decision-makers.




- Conduct live product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, pricing, subscription plans, and business benefits.
- Convert prospects into paid subscribers.
- Generate referrals from existing customers.
- Upsell additional products and premium subscription plans.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the Customer Success team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.

Market Intelligence

- Gather competitor information and pricing insights.
- Identify new retail clusters and business opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.

Reporting & CRM

- Update CRM after every customer interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, demos, leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), and Monthly Performance Reports (MPR).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
