Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, offers, and schemes clearly.

- Demonstrate jewellery products and assist customers in selecting the right items.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Generate recent leads and follow up with existing customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and showroom teams for smooth transactions.

- Maintain proper product presentation and showroom standards.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.

- Stay updated on new products, offers, and jewellery trends.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
