Role & responsibilities

1. Price Indexation & Commercial Settlement

Quarterly Price Revision Management: Track and collect quarterly raw material (RM) market data from supplier networks across casting commodities; calculate index variations and submit formal rate adjustment proposals to customers for Purchase Order (PO) revisions. PO Amendment Tracking: Secure updated POs reflecting price increases or decreases and maintain an accurate historical database of commercial adjustments.
1. Order Management & Invoicing

Daily Billing Operations: Oversee accurate invoice generation, verify billing parameters, resolve discrepancies, and align invoice quantities against active PO balances. Job Work PO Allocation: Monitor customer PO consumption to ensure open quantities and line items are continuously available for scheduling job work orders.
1. Accounts Receivable & Commercial Control

Payment Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor customer payment schedules, conduct proactive regular follow-ups on overdue accounts, and manage delay payment interest calculations. Financial Adjustments: Issue, reconcile, and maintain comprehensive records for Debit Notes, Credit Notes,



and outstanding balances.
1. Sales Operations, Logistics & Tooling

Export & Dispatch Compliance: Oversee export documentation, ensure seamless dispatch filing, and track international and domestic shipments to delivery. Customer Packaging Execution: Gather custom packaging specifications from clients and coordinate with internal production/warehouse teams to fulfill sales orders accordingly.

Tooling Asset Certification: Coordinate customer tooling sign-offs, track tooling asset status, and maintain formal certification records.

1. ERP & Documentation Management

Master Data & Customer Onboarding: Set up new customer profiles, maintain product pricing tables, and manage order entries within the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Legal & Compliance Records: Maintain secure files for client legal agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), customer performance scorecards, and audit-related document repositories.
