Key Responsibilities:

Drive individual and team sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.

Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
/n
Monitor daily activities, conversions and revenue achievement.
/n
Develop solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
/n
Support the team in handling objections and closing deals.
/n

Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of experience in hardcore, target-driven sales.
/n
Solid communication, negotiation and closing skills.
/n
Experience in handling or mentoring a sales team.
/n
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales environment.
