Quality Control Assistant – Furniture – Indofurnish

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

Indofurnish is a custom furniture manufacturing company based in North Goa, specializing in furniture for residential, commercial, hospitality, and office spaces.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Assistant to inspect furniture and ensure it meets required quality and finishing standards.

Location: Verla, Canca, North Goa
Applicants must be based in North Goa.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect furniture during and after production.
- Check dimensions, alignment, joints, fittings, and workmanship.
- Check painting, polishing, colour, shade, and finishing quality.
- Identify defects such as scratches, dents, gaps, uneven surfaces, and colour variations.
- Coordinate with production and finishing teams for corrections.
- Conduct final quality checks before packing or dispatch.
- Maintain basic quality inspection records.

Requirements




- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in furniture manufacturing, quality control, production, or related work.
- Good knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and finishing.
- Ability to identify furniture and finishing defects.
- Basic understanding of measurements and furniture drawings.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Practical experience in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Practical Test

A practical test will be conducted during the interview to assess furniture inspection, measurement, defect identification, and quality-checking skills.

Work Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
