About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, increase student admissions, build partnerships, and expand Hostelwala’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate, college, student, and local partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, agents, and other business partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for Hostelwala’s accommodation and related services.
- Lead and support the sales/admission team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and local business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




- Achieve monthly admission, occupancy, and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, hospitality, education, student accommodation, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local market.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in hostel, PG, student accommodation, hospitality, or education sales will be preferred.
