GRD Marketing is an experiential marketing & brand solutions agency that builds ideas for brands and brings them to life on ground — from concept and creative strategy to production and execution.

We work across Alcobev, Lifestyle, Luxury, FMCG, Tech and other consumer-facing categories, creating brand activations, events, launches, consumer experiences, IPs and innovative engagement formats.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can take a brand brief and turn it into fresh, culturally relevant and executable experiential ideas.

You should be someone who constantly follows what's trending, what's cool, what people are talking about, recent consumer behaviours, innovative brand campaigns, technology, pop culture, music, fashion and experiential marketing globally — and knows how to translate those observations into ideas for brands.





You will be responsible for taking an idea from brief → concept → presentation → client pitch → execution.

What You'll Do
- Understand client briefs and translate them into strong creative concepts and experiential marketing ideas
- Develop innovative ideas for brand activations, events, launches, consumer experiences, retail activations and brand IPs
- Research market trends, consumer behaviour, culture, social trends and innovative brand experiences
- Constantly discover and bring in new, relevant and exciting ideas to the team
- Build compelling concept presentations / pitch decks for clients
- Create solid visual storytelling using PPT, Canva and AI tools
- Present concepts confidently to end clients and senior stakeholders
- Explain the big idea, consumer journey, experience, execution and brand relevance
- Work closely with the production and execution team to ensure the idea is practical and executable on ground
- Develop ideas that are not only creative
