Customer Engagement:

- Explain available properties and services to prospective buyers.
- Attend qualified leads and understand customer requirements.
- Present suitable property options based on customer preferences and budget.
- Encourage and coordinate property site visits.

Sales & Deal Closure
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Use effective persuasion and convincing skills to convert leads into buyers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Lead Management
- Nurture potential leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Track customer interactions, requirements, and sales progress.
- Convert qualified leads into property transactions.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Generate referral business through positive customer relationships.
- Develop long-term client relationships and maintain regular communication.

Cross-Selling
- Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to provide customers with a complete home-buying experience.
- Identify additional customer requirements and recommend relevant services.

Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends.
- Monitor property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
- Maintain good knowledge of the local property market and available projects.
