CRM:
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Follow up on orders, payments, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts.
- Share order and dispatch updates with customers.
- Manage communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic CRM reports.
- Support lead generation and customer relationship management.

HR:
- Maintain employee records, files, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, and documentation.
- Support payroll preparation with attendance and leave data.
- Assist with employee queries, HR documentation, and company policies.
- Support employee engagement, training, performance records, and grievance handling.
- Assist with employee confirmation, transfer,



and exit formalities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and support day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Valuable communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
- Professional, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.

Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel.

Must be available on-site Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
