Jio Worldwide is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
to join our Ahmedabad team. This is a
night-shift position
supporting our international moving and logistics operations in the U.S. and other international markets.

The candidate will communicate regularly with international customers, overseas agents, vendors, and service providers and will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international moving and logistics shipments from booking through delivery.
- Communicate with international agents, customers, vendors, warehouses, and carriers.
- Coordinate pickup, packing, transportation, delivery, and storage services.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and overseas partners.
- Prepare and maintain shipment documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate with the sales and pricing teams regarding shipment requirements and rates.
- Follow up on pending shipments, documents, invoices, and operational matters.




- Resolve operational issues and coordinate solutions with customers and overseas partners.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide professional customer service and communication throughout the shipment process.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust written and verbal English is required for daily communication with international customers and overseas agents.
- Willingness to work the night shift: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in international moving, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Experience communicating with international customers or overseas agents is an advantage.
