About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging content for our company’s digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating content related to real estate, investment opportunities, company updates, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Write clear and engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Create content showcasing real estate properties, land projects, investment opportunities, and company activities.
- Research current social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to understand upcoming campaigns and requirements.
- Shoot and edit videos for social media platforms.
- Handle basic video editing, graphic designing, and thumbnail creation.
- Ensure content is professional, accurate, brand-aligned, and engaging.




- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

Required Skills
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Valuable understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to write compelling captions and video scripts.
- Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant content creation experience may also be considered.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.
