About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage and support Windows-based devices, assist users with technical issues, and maintain secure and compliant IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.

* Implement and maintain device and security policies.

* Support users with compliance-related tasks.

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

* Support users with device setup and configuration.

* Manage Windows administration and device environments.

* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.

* Identify opportunities to improve IT processes through automation.

Required Skills





* 7–12 years of relevant IT support or Windows administration experience.

* Strong knowledge of Windows administration.

* Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with PowerShell scripting.

* Experience with Windows automation.

* Good communication and user-support skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Azure Cloud.

* Experience with Microsoft 365.

* Experience managing devices and policies through Microsoft Intune.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
