Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused GSA to ensure smooth guest handling and excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback.
- Coordinate with different departments for guest requirements.
- Support check-in/check-out and daily guest services.
- Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Handle basic records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.
- Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Hospitality/F&B; experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹6,938.20 - ₹15,469.22 per month
