Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven
Compliance Consultant( UGC/NAAC)

to lead our institution through the evolving landscape of higher education accreditation. You will be the central architect for our quality initiatives, driving compliance with UGC accreditation frameworks and guiding our progression through organizational maturity models. This leadership role demands a blend of academic rigor, operational excellence, and modern talent acquisition principles to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, build a high-performing department, and ensure institutional distinctiveness.

? Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Accreditation Leadership:

Spearhead the end-to-end preparation for institutional accreditation cycles, including comprehensive gap analysis and successful transition to updated regulatory frameworks.
- Team Structuring & Compliance Alignment:

Design and implement a robust organizational structure for the that strictly maps to evolving regulatory frameworks and institutional compliance mandates,



ensuring clear accountability across all reporting functions.
- Talent Acquisition & Team Leadership:

Lead the targeted recruitment, selection of faculty members in line with UGC requirement
- Stakeholder Engagement:

Design and execute robust feedback mechanisms for students, faculty, and industry partners to drive learner-centric environments and pedagogical innovations.

? Required Qualifications & Expertise
- Academic Background:

Ph.D. or terminal degree from a recognized university with a robust foundation in teaching, research, and academic administration.
- Domain Experience:

10+ years in higher education, with at least 3 years directly leading or co-leading accreditation for UGC/NAAC.
- Talent Management:

Proven track record of hiring, structuring, and mentoring high-performing teams within a heavily regulated or compliance-driven environment.
- Framework Fluency:

Deep, up-to-date knowledge of major accreditation criteria,
