We are currently scaling our delivery team to support a major US federal compliance programme serving school districts and educational institutions across the United States. This is a high-volume, structured engagement with transparent workflows, AI-assisted tooling, and strong ongoing demand.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Contract Management Specialists based in India to join our remote delivery team. You will work within YCounsel's secure platform, processing and analysing contracts, financial documents, and compliance records on behalf of US educational institutions.



Your work will be reviewed and approved by senior onshore compliance reviewers before any output is finalised.

This is a contract/freelance engagement structured on a per-project basis, with consistent and recurring work available as the programme scales.

What You Will Do
- Ingest and classify uploaded documents (contracts, invoices, purchase orders, grant agreements, receipts) using YCounsel's AI-assisted platform
- Conduct initial gap analysis of documents against defined compliance standards and flag non-conforming items with cited reasons and recommended actions
- Prepare draft remediation summaries and amendment packages from approved template libraries
- Maintain delivery trackers, update matter status, and assemble evidence files to a defined standard
- Participate in structured handoff calls with onshore reviewers and delivery managers
- Ensure all outputs are accurate, well-referenced, and ready for senior review before sign-off
