Created in 2009, BNP Paribas CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T;) is an in-house management consultancy with a strong presence in EMEA (~100 consultants in Paris, Lisbon, and London) and a global reach thanks to an integrated network in APAC & Americas (~100 consultants).

The team works on strategic initiatives defined by CIB Senior Management. It has a robust track-record with 600+ projects accomplished to date. CIBC&T; is a competitive alternative to leading, external consulting firms, covering the full consulting value chain: from framing, diagnosis, and delivery of actionable recommendations, to designing effective implementation and enabling change.

BNP Paribas CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T;) India is a newly created team,



globally part of CIB Consulting & Transformation based in Paris and locally linked to the business management scope of BNP Paribas’ center of expertise India Solutions Private Limited (ISPL). Its goal is to advise BNP Paribas’ Management, participating in the framing, design and implementation of high-impact projects and operating models transformations aimed at supporting global Functions & CIB Business lines and notably the development of the local territory and (global) center of expertise (India Solutions Private Limited – ISPL).

Position Purpose
Engagement managers within CIBC&T; provide strategic support to Senior Management in the transformation of BNP Paribas India (territory), its global center of expertise, India Solutions Private Limited (ISPL), and BNP Paribas CIB globally, in collaboration with BNP Paribas CIB Consulting & Transformation EMEA, APAC and other locations. Engagement managers deliver consulting and project management expertise, work effectively with relevant teams, plan and organize activities, and maintain the highest quality standards at all times.
