Job Summary:

Responsible for managing project quantities, cost estimation, BOQs, measurements, billing, and cost control while ensuring accurate financial management of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates
- Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity calculations
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, and contractor bills
- Perform rate analysis for civil works and construction activities
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets
- Prepare material reconciliation and consumption statements
- Track variations, deviations, additional works, and claims
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Planning, Procurement, and Accounts teams
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bills
- Assist in tender preparation, quotation analysis, and cost comparison
- Maintain measurement books, billing records, and project documentation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support effective cost control




- Prepare regular cost reports and MIS for management

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Billing
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Good understanding of civil construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of rate analysis, cost control, and reconciliation
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Knowledge of contracts, variations, and claims
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/project software
- Robust analytical and numerical skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation
- Experience in residential or commercial construction preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, commercial projects, villas, townships, infrastructure, or EPC projects
- Strong exposure to BOQ, RA bills, rate analysis, materi
