Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a targeted database of doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare decision-makers.
- Generate prospects through field visits, referrals, medical networks, cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and existing databases.
- Contact doctors/clinic owners, qualify requirements and schedule appointments.
- Personally visit clinics and meet doctors/owners/decision-makers.
- Understand clinic operations, patient acquisition challenges, marketing gaps and technology needs.
- Present ClinicScaleOS and coordinate with Technical team when required.
- Handle initial objections, prepare proposals/quotations and follow up systematically.
- Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and close new accounts.
- Coordinate payment confirmation and smooth handover to the onboarding/customer-success team.
- Maintain complete CRM records, sales pipeline stages, activity notes and follow-up dates.
- Submit daily activity updates and weekly/monthly sales reports.




- Build long-term relationships and generate referrals from existing customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of field/B2B sales experience.
- Robust preference for Medical Representative, Pharma Sales, Medical Equipment, Diagnostics, Hospital Sales or Healthcare SaaS experience.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills; functional English.
- Confident personality with strong doctor-facing communication.
- Good presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and frequent clinic visits.
- Basic CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and email skills.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
