Job Role: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark Store

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
- Pick items accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Handle day-to-day dark store operations.
- Perform putaway activities and arrange products in designated locations.
- Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Ensure smooth and timely order processing.
- Follow store safety and operational procedures.
- Complete assigned daily productivity targets.
- Training will be provided after joining.

Salary & Perks
- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, depending on location.
- Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000.
