Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tamil Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling experience, excellent Tamil communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Tamil-speaking sales team.
- Monitor daily calls, conversions, revenue, and target achievement.
- Set daily and monthly targets for the team.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Handle customer escalations and support agents with difficult conversations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.

Requirements




- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO / Telesales / Sales Team Handling.
- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Sales TL / Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of conversion, sales closure, and objection handling.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven BPO environment.
