Role Description
- The role includes designing product images, A+ content, banners, brand stores, social media creatives, and performance marketing ads in alignment with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- They coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives, optimize product listings with engaging visuals, and ensure consistency in brand communication across all portals.
- The designer also works on enhancing user experience (UX) through improved layout, infographics, and content presentation to increase click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate.
- Additionally, they stay updated with marketplace design trends, platform guidelines,



and competitor activities to continuously improve visual quality and performance.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into transparent, appealing visual content.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work in apparel, fashion, or retail is highly preferred.
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
