We are hiring Officer - Manufacturing Ambernath Plant

Role & responsibilities
- Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Track shift-wise production plans, targets, and manpower allocation.
- Supervise cleaning, sanitization, manufacturing, filling, autoclaving, and BMR/BPR/logbook documentation.
- Monitor calibration and in-process parameters of shop-floor equipment/instruments.
- Coordinate equipment troubleshooting with Engineering/Maintenance teams.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, and process losses; drive reduction initiatives.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and timely reporting of GMP incidents/deviations.
- Support process optimization and cycle-time reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- B.Pharm with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to work in shifts with manpower-handling experience.




- Hands-on experience with 21 CFR Part 11, CIP, SIP, pressure hold tests, and recipe-based manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing/holding equipment such as Biozeen, Gem Pharma, Praj, Marchesini, DARA, Bosch, Groninger, etc.
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA audits.
- Valuable communication, safety awareness, and strong GMP/hygiene compliance.
- Dosage Form - Nasal formulations
- Years of Experience: Officer 1 to 4 Years
