Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management

* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.

* Conduct keyword research, audience research, campaign structuring, and budget planning.

* Monitor campaign performance and make data-based adjustments to improve efficiency.

* Manage campaign budgets and ensure appropriate allocation across campaigns.

Lead Generation

* Develop digital campaigns aimed at generating relevant business enquiries.

* Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to understand lead requirements.

* Monitor incoming leads and identify opportunities to improve lead relevance and conversion.

* Assist in developing landing pages, enquiry forms, and campaign-specific content.

Analytics & Tracking

* Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Track significant campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality.





* Maintain regular campaign performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

* Coordinate CRM and marketing platform integrations where required.

Campaign Optimization

* Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.

* Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures.

* Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

* Work with the content and design teams to improve advertising creatives and messaging.

Reporting

* Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

* Present campaign insights and recommendations to the management team.

* Maintain accurate records of campaign expenditure, leads, conversions, and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
