Role & responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, analysis, CR management

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications

• Create test cases for recent CR or enhancements

• BRD Creation and BRD Sign Off from Business.

• Experience in General Insurance domain preferably commercial lines operations.

• Work closely with development team (Internal/Vendors) during the development to check if the development is in line with the BRD.

• Work closely with QA team to ensure that all Business-critical test cases are executed and track the status of execution.

• Facilitate UAT of delivered project in close coordination with all business stakeholders involved in the project.

• Communication skills effective verbal and written communication. • Awareness of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Tracking of project along with maintenance of annexure/evidence related to the requirements for internal/external audits.
