We are looking for a CRM Executive customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers after enquiries and site visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Track bookings, payments, documents, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure proper communication with customers until possession/closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
